What You Will Be Doing:

  • Escalate complex questions when necessary using internal support tools.

Rate
$35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Phone, tablet, or laptop with reliable internet access.
  • Comfortable typing in English with clear written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Dependable and organized during scheduled hours.

Availability:

  • Minimum of 5 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling with the potential to increase hours up to 40 per week based on performance and business needs.
