Your responsibilities include answering questions, supporting onboarding, sharing clear product information, resolving concerns, and ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey. All interactions are text based, allowing you to focus on clarity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Rate:
$35 per hour
