Customer Support Executives (Remote / Entry-Level / No Experience Required)

Your Role:
You will communicate with customers through live chat platforms such as Facebook Messenger, providing real time assistance and clear answers to questions. Working remotely, you’ll respond to inquiries on business websites and social media pages, share relevant information, resolve common issues, and offer sales related insights or discounts when appropriate. All interactions are text based, allowing you to focus on clarity, accuracy, and a positive customer experience.

Rate:
$35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity
  • Basic English writing skills for professional and friendly communication

Training:
Comprehensive training is provided, making this position well suited for individuals with no prior live chat or customer support experience.

Location:
