Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote – US)

Do you enjoy helping people through written conversations and staying active online throughout the day?
We are looking for proactive Live Chat Agents to support customers in real time by managing chat conversations on social media and website platforms.

Your Role:
You will communicate with customers and potential buyers through live chat on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your responsibilities include answering questions, providing guidance during purchasing decisions, and delivering clear, friendly support. You’ll handle multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a customer focused approach. Full training is provided to ensure you feel confident responding to a wide range of inquiries.

Rate:
$35 per hour

Work Hours:
Flexible scheduling with availability ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop with reliable internet connectivity
  • Ability to work independently and closely follow instructions
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week

Fully remote role, available to individuals based anywhere in the United States.
