Online Chat Representative – Remote / Work at Home

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer questions through live chat with clear and helpful information

  • Use training materials and internal documentation to handle common inquiries
  • Escalate more complex concerns when needed, following set procedures

Rate

  • $35 per hour

What You’ll Need

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A phone, tablet, or laptop capable of accessing website and social media chat tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week

Work Schedule
