What You Will Be Doing:
You will respond to incoming customer questions using live chat on websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities include answering basic product or service questions, assisting with account related inquiries, and providing helpful, friendly responses that create a positive customer experience.
Rate:
$35 per hour
