Remote Chat Assistant – WFH / No Experience

Remote chat support continues to grow as businesses shift their customer interactions online, and this role places you right at the center of that movement. You’ll work entirely from home while following a clear, guided structure that helps you respond confidently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
You will respond to customer messages through live chat tools, handling both support related questions and sales inquiries. Clear guidelines and an organized FAQ system will be provided to help you manage common conversations, with additional assistance available whenever situations require extra clarification. Accuracy, professionalism, and consistency are key parts of each interaction.

Rate:
$35 per hour

Necessary Skills and Background:

  • Access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of running live chat and social platforms
  • Ability to work independently while carefully following detailed instructions
  • Availability to work at least 8 hours per day
  • Reliable and stable internet connection

Weekly Hours:
Minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility depending on availability.

Location:
Fully remote role, with preference for candidates based in the United States.
