Remote Customer Support Agent – Live Chat Operator (Entry Level)

This remote role offers a hands on introduction to online customer support in a fast moving digital setting. Key Responsibilities:

Training materials and clear workflows will prepare you to manage conversations confidently, while collaboration with fellow chat operators and a supervising team ensures support is always available. Maintaining a calm, courteous tone across all interactions is essential.

Rate:
$35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop capable of running live chat tools
  • Stable internet connection for uninterrupted communication
  • Basic English writing ability and clear communication skills
  • Self directed work style with attention to instructions and detail
  • No prior experience required, full training is provided

Work Hours:
Flexible scheduling with availability ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
