Your Role:
You will communicate with customers and followers across social media platforms, replying to comments, messages, and questions in real time. Your work includes supporting sales related conversations, sharing helpful information, and contributing to a welcoming online presence. You may also assist with everyday social activity such as posting updates, engaging with content, and keeping conversations flowing smoothly.

Rate:
$35 per hour

Training:
Step by step training is provided so you feel confident managing conversations, handling common questions, and representing brands professionally, even with no prior experience.

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity
  • Basic English writing ability for clear and friendly communication
  • Comfort following guidelines and working independently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in an online environment
